I understand that submitting this application does not automatically authorize the guest vehicle to park. The application must be approved by the board before the guest vehicle is granted permission to park on the property.

What to Expect After Submitting Your Application:

A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided above.
The application will be forwarded to the board members for review and approval.
Once the board approves the application, you will receive an email with the approval notice.
The approval notice email must be printed and displayed on the vehicle's dashboard.

If the guest vehicle permit is not approved, a reason will be provided in the denial email you receive (this will only apply if the permit is denied).

The estimated time to receive an approval or denial email is within 48 hours of submitting your application.
